The friendly couple managing the place. The breakfast was tasty and generous.
The pool area felt neglected and the unpleasant smell in the hallways diminished the overall experience for me.

Fairly clean, affordable hotel with favourable location in the middle of jackson. Modern and updated room with a comfortable bed, friendly service. Location not far from many nearby restaurants, and subway next door.

We enjoyed a great stay, with clean, spacious rooms that provided restful accommodations after a long day of fishing. The friendly couple managing the hotel. Convenience with nearby food options allowed for a relaxing time. Don't miss the DIY waffles at breakfast!

The pool area felt uninviting!!! The hot tub was out of order, a major letdown. A cranky owner added unnecessary stress to what could have been a relaxing stay!!! Limited number of towels for the room!!!

The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a pleasant atmosphere for our family of five. Staff were friendly, providing valuable local tips and taking initiative by freezing our ice packs. Breakfast selections was really good with boiled eggs and waffles!

We enjoyed a good stay with our large family. The staff was friendly, and Cliff provided great dining suggestions nearby. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect for hitting the slopes or exploring Fumee Lake Natural Area for hiking and biking.
My kids wished there were more game activities for families.
